The 3d printer you can't use, but can ask me to print things for you.Off street parking available, there is also plenty of street parking. If you have a really short car, then garage parking is available. For the carless, I do offer rides to the grocery and other stores, especially when I'm heading to them.Rent rates are:A thousand per month for the master bedroom (can be shared for -fifty/mo each)And hundred for the other room (can be shared for ty-fife/mo each)Both rooms are available for year leases. One room will be available mid-December, the other most likely will be available in April, but sooner might be possible. Currently the eighteen year old high school student renting a room is in the master bedroom, and is waiting for a room to be free before I move him into it--that's why both the master and smaller rooms are available at the same time, since it really depends on how I end up shuffling these rooms around.The current age of the renters are between eighteen and twenty-three..
