The rent covers utilities and internet, additionally the room also has a private full bath (not attached to the room). I myself am a quiet respectful individual who tends to keep to themselves. I also have a friendly dog on the property.

We have a pool, gym, yoga room, dog wash station, dark park, playground, outside activities such as tennis, and hammock spot. We just moved so not to much stuff in here but a couch is on its way and we have a tv for the front room. There’s wood floors everywhere and carpet in the bedrooms both the bedrooms have a private bathroom in them .
