The culture is our top priority in this house not filling rooms.

My only ground rules for my behalf is to just pay your rent, clean up behind yourself, no stealing and can buy own food. Neither of us would really ever go into each other's rooms for anything. House is located in a convenient and quiet neighborhood, north of Carrollton and Addison, right off George Bush Turnpike.Room is furnished with a bed and desk already. All utilities are covered, including the internet. Your room is upstairs. There is one shared bathroom upstairs, and half shared bathroom downstairs. There will be a total of 3 roommates besides my parents. Parking is on the side of the street. Big room is twelve by ten ft.
