The house is located right on a beautiful, quiet lake and has a relaxed, almost vacation like atmosphere. There’s a large yard, private beach, screened porch, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. It’s a great place to unwind, read, work remotely, study, cook, or just get some peace and quiet after a busy day. I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, responsible, respectful, and generally chill. I’m not looking for someone who wants a party house or constant activity. At the same time, I’m friendly and enjoy good conversation, cooking, hanging out, and having a laugh. Basically, I’d like the house to feel comfortable and welcoming rather than like a strict landlord situation. The room is furnished and the house has everything you need to settle in comfortably.
