This room, is available as of 6/1/26, and is located in the beautiful Laguna West neighborhood of Elk Grove, CA. The neighborhood is very clean, walkable, safe and has multiple parks and manmade lakes located within a few blocks of the home. The room is approximately 11 X 12, has a large closet and is partially furnished with a full sized bed and nightstand. The rest of the house is fully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a large front porch and backyard. Renter will have a private 1/2 bathroom but will share an upstairs shower with another tenant. No pets allowed.
