Room has great view of the lake as does the living room and patio. Apartment is on second floor and has no apartments above it. Plenty of free, non assigned parking. Apartment has its own full sized washer and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher and stainless appliances, and screened in balcony. Apartment is furnished in common areas. Kitchen is furnished with everything needed, dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, etc. Apartment complex amenities include brand new state of the art gym, two newly resurfaced resort style pools with new decks, two big lakes with paved walking trails around them and lots of birds and other wildlife to observe. Complex is gated, clean and quiet.
