The room is furnished with a queen bed, and the upstairs loft area has a futon, couch, and TV that you are welcome to use. Optional full upstairs space: The upstairs includes a long loft that runs the length of the floor. If you would like to use the entire upstairs area, it becomes about 900 sq ft total. Rent for the full upstairs would be $850 per month instead of $725. About the house:The home is a three-story house with about 3,850 sq ft of space. There is one shared shower located in the downstairs master bathroom, along with a half bathroom that would mostly be yours to use. About me:I work from home in the nonprofit sector and follow a plant-based diet. The house is fully plant-based, so no animal products are kept in the kitchen. I have a female cat, and the overall environment of the house is calm and peaceful. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The house is about a 5-minute drive to downtown Spokane. Location:The home is close to SFCC, Browne’s Addition, and downtown Spokane. A car is needed since there is no public transit nearby. Rent:$725 per month for the bedroom$850 per month if you would like the full upstairs space Utilities:Utilities are shared and usually range from about $135 per month in the summer to about $220 in the winter. This includes sewer, garbage, compost service, heat, and Comcast high-speed internet (400 mbps).
