Greetings: I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at the Shadowridge Summerwind Apartments in Vista, CA, that I just moved into in February. This is the Moriah floor plan if you want to check it out on their . I’m asking for $1,250 all together, which includes the internet and all the utilities. I work as a paralegal in Carlsbad. I'm gone M-F from approximately 9:30AM - 7PM on weekdays and I go to the gym most nights after work from 8:30PM - 11PM. Weekends I'm usually out and about running errands and what not or at the beach or gym so I'm not home too often. I'm looking for a CLEAN, HYGIENIC, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, considerate, and professional roommate. I'm a very clean person and don't leave a mess anywhere and I expect the same. I love animals so I'm open to having a roommate with a pet if they're responsible and the pets are well behaved. You'll have to pay the extra pet rent and submit a pet deposit, though. I'm not sure how much it is, you'd have to ask the leasing office. I will be running a background check on any applicant and the leasing office requires you to submit a credit and background check application, as well. It's a $40 fee you pay to them directly.
