What's up everyone my name is Nick and I'm looking to rent the 2nd bedroom in this very spacious and sunny Wicker Park apartment right on Division St on the 4th floor and final floor of a walk up (no elevator). It sounds intimidating but you get used to it lol. You will also be living with a female med student in the master bedroom which has its own bathroom. *(AVAILABLE 07/31)* The room is pretty large with big windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight. It is large enough to fit a queen or king mattress, a desk, and a tv with a stand. It has a decent sized closet probably but nothing crazy. The room is in between my room and the master bedroom but there has never been an issue with noise or hearing through walls. The apartment location is amazing with tons of bars and restaurants right outside, Milwaukee St is a very short walk away, the Division blue line is 2 blocks away, many bus routes close by, Jewel Osco and target are a short walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful with very tall ceilings, lots of space and storage, relatively updated appliances, so much natural sunlight in the common areas and rooms, a back deck to hang out on that also gets a lot of sun in the summer, lots of spaces to wfh, in unit laundry, very good heating and AC, lots of counter space to cook with and eat on.
