Looking for a roommate to fill 1 room in my 3 bedroom apartment in Smith Hill, Providence. The room will be available June 1st. About the apartment:There are 3 bedrooms. The third room doubles as an office and a spare bedroom for visitors (which you can use it for too!) The layout includes a spacious double parlour, large kitchen, and a bathroom with a standing shower. Common areas have lots of windows and natural light (perfect for potted plants). The kitchen has tons of counter space, storage, and a dishwasher. The apartment is on the first floor but is only accessible via the front and back steps. No laundry on but there are a few laundromats nearby. There's limited parking behind the house, but street parking is available with a permit. The room is medium size but has a large closet for extra storage. Rent for the room is $900 per month plus utilities. About me:I work from home full time. But in my spare time, I love to cook, travel, host themed gatherings (every so often), and have friends over regularly for movie nights and other low-key hangs. Only a few minutes away from Federal Hill, the train station, downtown, Elmhurst, and just down the street from North Providence and Smithfield.
