Spacious (largest of 3) bedroom (mattress was queen for scale and room is now completely empty) with decent sized closet in a 3 bedroom apartment with shared office/massage room. You would have the hall bathroom and would be expected to keep it clean and tidy for guests. There’s a roomba vacuum and mop that run daily Everything is fully furnished except for your bedroom. Apartment looks over a beautiful courtyard and has a decent sized balcony. Smoking not allowed in home but is allowed 25 feet from buildings. There’s heat but you need portable A/C for summertime. Looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a quiet community in the Garden Home area of SW Portland, near Beaverton. The bedroom 11ft x 11ft 9in. Shared spaces: living room, dining room, and kitchen. Utilities would be split evenly. I have a small mixed breed dog (Puggle, Chihuahua,?) who is friendly (sometimes over-enthusiastically) so if you have a pet we'd want to make sure they get along okay.
