Hello I have rented this bath single family residence but have gotten tired of $ on my own so I am looking for a roommate now that’s interested in a month to month agreement for a private room and bath with large walk in closet for $ all utilities included with a $ deposit. The most important thing to me is that you are stable, responsible, respectful, easy going and CLEAN. I clean the house once a week and need to have an organized home to be comfortable, I think you would appreciate this too. I have the entire house furnished so hopefully you only need to furnish your bedroom. Backyard is large and we have a driveway. The house is on a property with 2 similar sized homes on it that are NOT wall to wall, we are in the back house. I have 2 friendly cats here so hopefully you like kitties!
