Rent is $700/month (with an option to pay 500 if you contribute a couple hours per week of cleaning help). All utilities are included. We have a friendly dog and are open to pets. No smoking in the home, but vaping is okay. There is street parking. We would prefer to rent to a woman since the bathroom is shared. Once we have all met, move in is available ASAP.
