Hello people in my phone 💛🫶🏻 I’m looking for a temporary room to rent until January as I transition out of a relationship/shared apartment living situation. I have friends who would like to move in with me, but they aren’t able to sign a lease until closer to January. I’m looking to live in Austin proper as my day job and side hustles are based centrally, but I am flexible with the exact location. I’m an Operations Manager at a locally owned spa/salon (perks, anyone?) and I am a drag performer/producer on the side. My budget for housing is about $ per month, but I’m open to negotiation. I’m gardening friendly, can cook, have a great sense of humor, a Gemini sun, Aquarius rising, Sagittarius moon, and am generally so fun to be around. I can provide references if you need them 🙂‍↕️FYI I have one 8yr old cat that would need to come with me. Her name is Ronda; she’s very well behaved, has successfully lived with both dogs and cats before, she loves to make friends with humans, and can also stay locked up, if needed. About room. 8mins north from Downtown. I have a furnished bedroom in my bed 2 bath apartment. You get your own room. Walk in closet , bathroom with tub. All modern appliances , We have a gym. A pool. A karaoke, machine room.😂, on , Laundry, private parking, gated area, and a minute drive from Walmart and many other shops. Room has a flat screen tv , 1 gig WiFi , ring camera , a small desk , leather chair. Mattress if you want to use it , but has twin xl frame there. We share kitchen , I’m barely home ! I work hours a week over nights for a huge corp. kitchen table , microwave , air fryer stainless appliances. I just threw away my couch be side my last room mates cat ruined it. I had to have a pro come in a clean all the cat hair and threw out the couch so if you have a couch cool. If not I’ll be purchasing one soon.
