About room.
8mins north from Downtown. I have a furnished bedroom in my bed 2 bath apartment. You get your own room. Walk in closet , bathroom with tub. All modern appliances ,
We have a gym. A pool. A karaoke, machine room.😂, on , Laundry, private parking, gated area, and a minute drive from Walmart and many other shops.

Room has a flat screen tv , 1 gig WiFi , ring camera , a small desk , leather chair. Mattress if you want to use it , but has twin xl frame there.
We share kitchen , I’m barely home ! I work hours a week over nights for a huge corp. kitchen table , microwave , air fryer stainless appliances. I just threw away my couch be side my last room mates cat ruined it. I had to have a pro come in a clean all the cat hair and threw out the couch so if you have a couch cool. If not I’ll be purchasing one soon.
