We want to find the right tenants to share our house. • two bedroom garden suite in Commercial Drive area (near Clark and Venables, steps from Britannia) • just under 900 sq feet with storage, washer/dryer and full kitchen (including dishwasher) • currently fully furnished • pet friendly • shared yard • busy family living upstairs so if you are looking for a totally silent space, this is likely not the right fit. • preference given to vegetarian tenants (strong meat smells make this vegetarian queasy and food smells definitely transfer between suites).

I have private rooms for female students and young graduates with excellent location, about 12-15 min walk to Oakridge skytrain/mall/QE park and Hillcrest community centre. 5 min walks to Main and 41st Ave bus stops /shops/restaurants. 30m1n to UBC R4 bus),downtown/Richmond centre/airport (skytrain). $950 inclusive of utility and wifi.
