The other roommate is friendly and very quiet, he works 2 jobs and leaves are about 10 am and gets home at about 230am, needless to say, we don’t party here and we pretty much just stay in our room when we’re home! The place is always clean and we enjoy coming home to it like that! The place is a block from the trolley station and a few blocks from Grossmont Plaza so there’s plenty to eat and Costco is close too!
