Each Roommate pays $50/month for water/trash. The common areas within the 1,603 SF pet-friendly townhouse include living room with fireplace, small patio off of the living room, dining room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), small TV Room, guest full bathroom on the 2nd level, and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The townhouse has central AC. The bedroom for rent is approximately 126 SF, has bamboo flooring, vaulted ceiling, pot lights, mirrored closet doors, and horizontal window blinds. The Daybreak La Mesa complex has a pool and hot tub, and is landscaped. There will be no more than 3 adults living within the unit including myself (Owner/Landlord), and no more than 2 adults will share the 3rd floor bathroom which is near the two bedrooms. There is also a 3rd full bathroom on the 2nd floor for visiting guests. The townhouse is close to freeway access and only 1 exit away from SDSU. It is also close to local shopping/eateries, Lake Murray, Mission Trails Golf Course, Cowles Mountain/Mission Trails Trailhead, Grossmont Community College, and within walking distance of a Vons Shopping Center.
