You will also have your own private living room that is HUGE! I have seen it turned into a bedroom, an office, a gaming room, and a playroom. You have lots of possibilities for how to personalize & customize your private space. The house is large enough that it really feels separate. The only shared space is the kitchen. I split everything in half (half the fridge & freezer is yours, and pantry). I work at a high school. I am home after work, and off and on throughout the weekends. I am extremely tidy, and need someone who is the same, and respects the home. This neighborhood is quiet, safe, and minutes from Fresno State.I am easygoing. You will have your own bedroom, living room, and bathroom. There is privacy. The laundry room and kitchen are shared.
