Second story offers a charming view. There are other shared storage spaces. There is in unit washing and drying and there is even office space available. You have a choice of covered or non covered parking but you will have a parking spot (hard to come by in North park).All appliances washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave are new in the past 5 years. The unit is a 10-15 minute walk from 30th street. The idea distance from the chaos of Northpark while still being able to enjoy the luxuries of a walkable community. Only 7 units in the complex.
