Hello!! I have a private studio/room with a private bathroom / laundry and kitchenette to rent out in my house. The studio/room is nice and clean, and it is located in a quiet and safe area. It is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and CSN (Charleston Campus). Also, it is not too far from the strip, downtown Fremont, downtown Summerlin, and Chinatown. Monthly rent is including some utilities, trash, and wi-fi. Security deposit is required. I will run background check, and I will need a proof of income (paystubs). I am trying to run a good house. In general, I give you as much freedom as you like, as long as it does not affect the others in the house.
