This is not a self-contained apartment. Central AC; supplemental studio AC available if needed. Laundry by arrangement. Driveway parking included, though two cars fit tightly. Shared kitchen has gas range, fridge and microwave; no dishwasher. Crunch Fitness, Target and Sprouts are within walking distance. We are Ahrue and Renee, both in our 50s, creative and often home. Ahrue works in a studio at the back of the house; Renee works part-time. Seeking one female roommate for a quiet, respectful home. We are non-drinkers and 420-friendly, otherwise drug-free.
