Room for rent - Irvine Great Park! Hi everyone, we have one room for rent in my house in the Irvine Great Park. The room is $1600 and has a shared bathroom that you would mostly have to yourself as it shares with the guest room. Offered either furnished or unfurnished. House is brand new as of last year. It was the model home so that is why the pictures look staged, but to confirm these are actual pictures of the house. You would be the first to live in this room. Current roommates: Myself (Sam) - 30yrs. Full time work in finance in Newport Beach. I have a hybrid schedule with going into the office. I like to stay active either by going to the gym, running or hiking with my dog. Hanu is a 2 yr old German Shepherd mix Alivia- 33. Working part time and getting her masters in speech language pathology. Originally from Washington she has been in California for the last 9 years. Alivia’s dog Pepper, stays with us part time. She is a small Karen Terrier mix. Holly- 33. Full time work in construction management. She is in office full time and enjoys volunteering at her church and spending time with her friends. We are looking for one additional roommate that enjoys a safe and relaxing home environment. We are not big partiers but we like the occasional movie night, game night and/ or holiday party. As a resident in great park you would also have access to the community amenities including the pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, basketball courts, etc. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept any additional pets.

One medium sized bedroom with a private bathroom in a nice, pristine Irvine neighborhood. All utilities included; association pool, spa and BBQ area. Some garage storage. Washer dryer and full kitchen priviledges.

I have a bedroom with a private bathroom available at The Marke in South Coast Metro for move in now. The lease has been renewed as of 5/31/26 and it would just be us two living in the apartment. The apartment has shared common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and balcony. It also includes an in-unit washer/dryer and your own parking space in an enclosed parking structure. The community has a rooftop gym, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, gardens, and other amenities. Your rent portion would be $1,625/month, which includes internet and cable. With shared utilities included — apartment utilities, electricity, and gas — the estimated monthly total is usually around $1,730–$1,740, depending on usage.I am flexible with the $300 deposit. It can be paid in installments.

This room is huge and has its own private bathroom. My current roommate is moving out early and worked from home in his bedroom. It was big enough for desk, couch, bookshelf. Private walkin closet. Also common areas and kitchen fully furnished. Room for your own stuff. Also we have a swimming pool a gym and other amenities. All utilities included except for an appx. $50 for electric/month, I’m the holder so you wouldn’t have to sign up. Very reasonable though! FYI-the picture with the Flat screen TV on a dresser is a part of the deal unless not necessary, it can/will be removed.
