He is very polite, clean, quiet, he keeps to himself, also he's been living with us for several years now. You 2 would be sharing your own bathroom. You'd have easy access to a fridge as well as the laundry room which separates your and the other renters rooms, your room also has a sliding glass door into the backyard.Your room has some furnishings which include a small couch, coffee table, mattress, microwave, double burner stove top, toaster oven, cloths hanger, shelf, and a computer desk with a computer chair. Things can also be taken out of the room upon request.It is sevenhundred a month for the room. Also all utilities as well as high speed internet is free. There is also a security deposit of three hundred. The cross streets of the home are thirty fifth ave and Cactus so you would be close to the freeway. There is also a very close bus stop. No criminal history of any kind is mandatory because the safety of my niece is a top priority. Proof of income is also required.
