The rent is $/month including all utilities, on a month-to-month basis so we can be sure it's a good fit for both of us. I don't expect a roommate to be my best friend, but I'd like to find someone whose personality and lifestyle meshes well with mine, and it's much more important to me to find the right person than to get someone in there right now.
