The room will be available by May 1st at the earliest but can be flexible. The lease is month to month. The house was built in the early 2000s, and has modern appliances such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and central AC/heating. There is one very sweet cat who is quiet and friendly, however we are not accepting other animals at this time as the cat does not do well with other pets. There are four of us currently living here, and you will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with two people. We are all working individuals (ages range from 26-30) who mainly keep to our own spaces or are out and about, so the house stays pretty quiet most days, but casual hangouts are always welcome! Plenty of street parking and we typically share the driveway spot. Garage space is utilized for storage. Bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom house in the very walk able and yet relatively quiet Williams neighborhood. Room is in the basement with it's own backyard entrance, the other two bedrooms are two stories away on the top floor of the house. We're both pretty quiet and chill guys, though we keep odd hours due to our jobs. Room has it's own bathroom, though it's also the main floor guest bathroom. So, private shower and largely yours, but it does get used by others. Access to garage for some storage, or for bikes and motorcycles, not enough room for a car though due to me and current roommate having motos in there as well.
