I own the home, but decided to switch careers (less money for now), so looking for roommates (2 rooms available); 3 blocks from Alberta Street (restaurants, bars, & shops), plenty of street parking, yard with fire pit and garden area, large fenced yard, 3 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow built in 1906; shared utilities ($100 per month); $1750 for move-in ($875 for rent, $875 for security deposit); plus pet deposit if applicable, $425; although I don’t smoke, smoking ok outside; there is also a half-basement with exercise area, exercise equipment, laundry and storage; AC and heat via minisplit system (energy efficient); the home is furnished, but the room is not
