A friend of mine is currently living here with me, and we're searching for a 3rd roommate to round out the house.The cost for rent is hundred fifty dollars per month (All Bills Paid). A deposit of hundred fifty dollars plus the first month's rent will be required upon move-in. Flexibility regarding collection of the deposit is very possible, but must be paid in full within three months of move-in. The private bathroom and two closet spaces are all 8 feet tall as well. There is carpet flooring only in the bedroom and closet areas, and tile flooring in all other areas of the house.We strive to maintain good Kitchen and Living Room (Shared Area) cleanliness around the house. Bedroom and bathroom areas are private, but we keep the kitchen and community/shared living room areas clean and organized. There is no tobacco smoking in the house, and pets are (sadly) not allowed. The shared space areas of the house are fully furnished, but you will need to furnish the bedroom yourself, as well as provide your own cookware and dishware.
