Its spacious, in impeccable condition despite having lived there for the last 20 years, and a dream for anyone whos looking for resortstyle living. He would like to share the space since he travels often and it sits empty most of the time. He is interested in sharing the space with 1 person or a couple. My sisters & I sometimes come to stay with him, but only a few weeks out of the year. Were looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible. This would be a homesharing situation (although youll be sure to have lots of privacy). You would also need to be willing to share household responsibilities (watering the plants, keeping the kitchen clean, taking the trash out, etc.). You must be a working professional and able to prove you have a stable income, and you must be able to provide references and pass a background check. Singles or couples welcome!
