The room is average sized, with a large window and decent sized closet with two sliding doors. Can be furnished with a queen sized bed and a dresser, if desired (no extra cost). Shared hall bath with one roommate, common areas shared with both roommates. Laundry room with washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with appliances, and a decent sized backyard. Utilities are electricity/gas/wifi, split between everyone. No dogs or cats, as one roommate is allergic. Close to several eateries and two shopping centers, not far from the airport, and close to both 5 and 99 freeway entrances. Very quiet neighborhood. There are two current roommates, you would be the third (taking my place). They are both responsible, quiet, clean, friendly, largely keep to themselves, and rarely have visitors. One roommate works full time who enjoys video games/movies/tv (they spend most of their time in their room), and one roommate is retired who enjoys 3D printing, Legos, and arts/crafts.

I would prefer someone who works nights but it is not a requirement. I’m a small business owner and work long days, usually out by 830am and back between 8pm and 8am. I do have two dogs. I’m very laid back and easy to get along with. Apartment will be available for move in April 28. You can move in anytime after that and I won’t charge for the remainder of the month.
