Small cozy room in townhouse family oriented community. Walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, parks, eateries, and LA Fitness Gym. 5 mi ute drive to Turnpike and 826. 15 minute drive to Miami Airport. A block away from 2 Doral Trollies that take you to the Metrorail station. Parking available. Laundry inside home is available once a week on weekdays. Kitchen available too, with your own set of dishes and silverware. No extensive cooking, of oven use, there is a small toaster oven that can be used. Pots, pans, sheets and towels provided - you must keep your room clean. There are cohabitation rules that need to be followed to maintan order and respect to us and one more roomie who also has his own room and bathroom. Respect and orderly conduct is a must, but you must be amicable and aware of your surroundings. You are renting a room and certain accesses like a parking space, use of kitchen, laundry once a week, wifi, utilities and the dining area to eat your meals. But you make no decisions, nor own and anything. you are only renting a room. No loudness, nor hanging out shirtless or barefooted. Respect is a must. There are 2 elderly cats (19-20 years old) - I had 5 cats 2 of which died and none will be replaced once they die. Hence you cannot bring a pet, be allergic, or dislike animals. I love languages and different cultures. I hope you can find my place a nice place to stay. Minimum stay is 6 months. - maximum for as long as we are all comfortable and get along. I will not raise the rent no matter how long you live here.
