My sister has three cats, so if you love animals, this is perfect! My sister and her friend are most definitely going to be working full-time and I am a student at FSCJ, and I also work. The rent is $650 before utilities and we would all split the utilities four ways. The photos on Zillow are not updated, the house is all hardwood except in the dining room, the kitchen is renovated, and the house is coming, mostly furnished, except for a couch and dining room table. roommate has to be OK with smoking, friends or family coming over. We are all averagely clean people, we each have our own quirk about cleanliness so everything works out in the end, roommate would have to be OK sharing cleaning duties around the house and contributing to cleaning supplies.
