Beautifully updated and maintained gorgeous home throughout fully furnished. Please call 708-769-631 serious inquiries only. Must have first month’s rent, and one month security deposit equal to one month rent available before moving in. Prices range from $900 per month up to $1500 per month with the average room being about $1000 per month. There are bedrooms total, two semi private bathrooms, one private bathroom for the Master Suite most rooms have walk-in closets. A couple of the rooms have private balconies. New carpet and paint recently. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. We provide blankets, towels, linens, sheets, pot, pans, dishes, everything you would need to live in a house. There is an application fee and process must have good credit, stable employment, and clear background history. Designed with professional professionals in mind. Most people work Monday through Friday. Many are only there on weekdays and go home on weekends. Some are out of town for weeks at a time so the house is never really full.

I own a second floor townhouse. I will post more pictures of the room as soon as it is empty. The room has a closet and a ceiling fan. Across from the bedroom is a full bathroom that would be yours. I have an indoor bicycle that you can use as well as a kayak and paddleboard on the lake in the neighborhood. It’s a friendly neighborhood with a park and lots of open space.
