I have a 3 bedroom home in Renton, Benson Hill Cascade neighborhood area. Two of the rooms already have tenants. 3rd room is available now (5/1). The monthly rent is $1200. First and last month rent due at move-in + $250 refundable deposit. Utilities are a flat rate of $165/mo per tenant and include wireless internet, power, water, sewer, and garbage. House has AC!! and has been recently renovated with new windows, floors, light fixtures, plus more. The room is unfurnished, has a private closet, blinds, and an installed curtain rod. The main living room and kitchen are furnished. There are 2 shared bathrooms - 1 full bath with a tub and 1 powder bath with toilet and sink only. House has a large driveway and carport and has a shed for tenant storage. One of the current tenants has a dog - no other pets allowed.
