I am near a Ralphs grocery store and shopping center and have easy access to 5 Fwy. Everyone is very easy to get along with. Their is a washer and dryer in the house. I have a long drive way so there is always plenty of parking. I also have one German Shepherd so you must not be allergic to dogs. You must be drug free. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home.
