Base rent ($3,085):1200 = Master Bedroom985 = Bedroom 2900= Bedroom 3 Apartment Complex extra costs: $75 per month (fluctuates) FPL: $40-50 per month (fluctuates) Then we divide the remaining cost of our complex’s expenses; valet trash, WiFi, etc (usually around $220 or so I think, but varies by month) by 3, add that number to each person’s base rent, and that’s everybody’s total for the month.
