Room is in the basement with it's own backyard entrance, the other two bedrooms are two stories away on the top floor of the house. We're both pretty quiet and chill guys, though we keep odd hours due to our jobs. Room has it's own bathroom, though it's also the main floor guest bathroom. So, private shower and largely yours, but it does get used by others. Access to garage for some storage, or for bikes and motorcycles, not enough room for a car though due to me and current roommate having motos in there as well.
