It’s beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, but you can absolutely still have friends over/get together. I’ve never gotten a noise complaint, and we don’t have noisy neighbors. About my cat:She’s occasionally a menace but she’s a sweetheart. I exclusively use pine pellets for her litter, and I keep her litter box consistently clean so there is not a smell issue. The litter box is kept in the corner of the common room inside an enclosed furniture-esque box with the entrance facing the wall corner. Everyone I’ve brought over says they never even knew that’s where the box was kept. *she does not get along with other animals, loves humans* A few important things to know upfront: The lease does not allow medical marijuana, so smoking in the apartment is unfortunately not an option. The AC is typically around 71–70° at night and 73–75° during the day, because I know temperature can be a dealbreaker for some people. I’m very big on honest communication and addressing non-negotiables upfront.
