I bought the home back in 2022, has been a quiet and comfortable living. My roommate of 3 years is moving and so I am looking for a new temporary roommate. I have a medium/large very friendly dog that will be long inside with me downstairs. I mostly work, or stick to the living room/kitchen. Kitchen and fridge is shared space. Full access and use of hard and shed. Open to discussing different needs or lengths of contracts.
