I’m an artist and enjoy doing diy projects on top of my full time job as a Territory Manager of luxury plumbing products. I pay more monthly rent due to my use of back office shed. Deposit is half the full rent. $30 application fee to property manager. 1 year lease. This place is a gem and worth it.

You get your own spacious room, big bathroom, and all the amenities on the property (inside & outside gym, pool, clubhouses, private offices, etc). Washer & dryer in unit. Utilities not included but we’d split it halfway regardless. It does have a dual queen bunkbed in there currently with a tv, I can take out the bunkbed and you can keep the TV in there if you’d like. Honestly whatever works.:) I dont mind a parent and child renting the space either! I do have a tiny 8lb cavapoo (fully potty trained and doesnt shed) so you’d have to be okay with cuddles & loving from her. cool with one more pet (depending on the type) but ideally no animals. You will be on the lease so just be prepared for background, credit, income check. Ideally a female roommate. I dont mind guests as long as their respectful & everybody knows ahead of time who’s coming over. I do have a boyfriend that comes over once or twice a month for the weekend.
