Ample parking, close to entrance to get out easier, very large community in Harmony, Lots of walking trails, golf, tennis, community pool etc... 30 Minutes to Melbourne beach or Orlando, close to Lake Nona area. I will need to do full background check, app fee $50.00 and looking for 1st and last and security, ok with small pets, that are house broken would need additional pet deposit $300.00, tenant would need renters policy for their contents and liability.
