The bathroom is shared, but generally clean, the backyard is fenced in and I keep up with the yard work myself, there is room for everyone to park in the driveway, every bedroom also has an ethernet port for a wired connection to the router (ideal for high speed services with low latency, like streaming and gaming), and the house has a lot of updates for convenient living.
