You will share a bathroom with one other person, have plenty of storage room for personal items in upstairs and downstairs closets and garage if needed. All areas of the home are shared and open for use, my priority is having good energy in the home, easy communication and respect overall:) Utilities range from a total of $100-$140 each month in addition to the rent. The smaller room is $1,100 (available May 18th) and the larger room is $1,200 (available May 1st). Close to the 405, 55, 73 freeways and centrally located in Costa Mesa, laminate flooring throughout, comes with all appliances which include in-unit washer and dryer.
