We are about a 15 minute transit commute to East/West bank, and right around the corner from Aldi and a public library. The building is a bit over 100 years old, so while the kitchen/bathroom have been updated, there is no central AC and radiator heating. I have not been here through the summer yet, so I can’t speak to how well airflow/increased electric will be.
