Available as early as May 1st. Rent is $1,000 per month with an $1,000 deposit, and $400 of the deposit will be returned after the first month if all rental terms are met. This is a month-to-month rental. Internet and trash are included. Electricity and water are split 4 ways. Off-street parking is available. Pets are negotiable. Vaping indoors is allowed, but no smoking. Family and friends visiting are welcome, and occasional overnight guests are fine. A couple may also be considered for the master bedroom.
