The Room:Large, bright, and sunny bedroom (11'3 x 12'4 sq. ft., bedroom #2 in the last photo) unfurnished, with plenty of natural light in a luxury building. You'll have your own private bathroom and private terrace access. The building has great amenities included in the rent price, including things like a gym, roof deck, car park, bike storage, etc. and is less than 5 min walk to the J/Z Gates MTA stop. We're looking for someone who is:- Clean and respectful - keeping a tidy home is important to us and we're looking for someone who feels the same way:)- Communicative and considerate of shared spaces- Dog-friendly: we have a sweet 1.5-year-old pug, so we're looking for a dog-friendly tenant.
