You would have full access to all common living areas of the home such as the kitchen, yard, and living room areas. The home does have Central AC & a washer/dryer. I do have 2 small dogs a Yorkie & Maltese ( both of which are Hypoallergenic). I am searching for someone who is employed Full Time. Someone clean,respectful,responsible,and honest. I willl verify employment & references. The room is currently occupied w/ a tenant, however if you would like to schedule a time to stop by and look at the room we can arrange that.
