We only ask that you make sure the front door is securely locked whenever you enter or leave the house. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone, parties, visitors, and smoking inside the house are not allowed. If you smoke, you are welcome to do so outside. These rules are in place to ensure that all guests can rest well after a long day. For the safety of all guests—since each person has a private room and may not know the other residents—there are two security cameras in the common areas. One is located in the kitchen and dining area, and the other is on the second floor in the laundry area. These are the only cameras in the property and are installed strictly for everyone’s safety and security.
