You also get a spacious open area outside the room with abundant lighting. This open area can be turned into a private living room or a workout area. The bathroom will be shared with one other person and the kitchen and main living room is shared with all 3 other housemates. There is a washer and currently no dryer but this can be changed soon. The bills range from $70 to $120 depending on the time of the year. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within 8 to 10 minutes of driving from Wichita State University. It is also within 5 minutes of driving to Walmart, Sam’s Club, Dillons, YMCA and also many other restaurants.
