1200 square feet apartment, it’s a house rental but duplex so we are on the upper level. Shared space that is mostly furnished. It is a joint lease, meaning you won’t have a seperate lease. I have ledger history from 2 locations proving I have made payments on time. Screened in balcony, full kitchen, living room, basement for storage w working washer and dryer. Shared small backyard w garden. I pay 40$ for internet (you would pay half) and half of whatever electric bill runs per month, the bills are in my name. Single parking spot otherwise it’s street parking. I park in typically the same spot every day and have only been ticketed once. I am quiet, clean, and work/will be at the gym most of the time. I have one cat, unsure of the limits for the apartment but there have been as many as 4 in here at one time. I rent thru JMC. Would need new roommate by August. **Looking for three roommates to sign the new lease in the fall with me for the upcoming school year. *House was recently built in . It’s located off of th and Kalamazoo on the SE side of Grand Rapids in a safe new development neighborhood. The house comes with a 2 car garage that I won’t be parking my car in, only a motorcycle that I love riding in the summer time, a back porch with furniture, and a huge backyard with an in ground fire pit for those fall bonfires. It has a massive basement/man cave thats currently furnished with a huge couch, tv, and a boxing/mma gym as well as plenty of room for storage. Open middle floor plan that includes the kitchen, living room space, laundry room, half bathroom, and a closet for shoes and coats. Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms: one master bedroom/ with a bathroom that I’ll be occupying and 3 other rooms that will share a bathroom: Bedroom .9’ with standard sized closet, Bedroom .5’ with standard sized closet, Bedroom 3 is the biggest at ’ with a walk-in closet. A security deposit of $ will be required with first months rent that will be returned at the end of the lease. You will need decent credit > and will have to fill out the application through the leasing agency. We all split utilities which comes out to be about $/each a month, but does vary a little more or a little less depending on the season. Our current lease ends October st, but it sounds like multiple roommates are open to moving out by end of September and we have a room opening at the end of August too.
