I am looking for someone to split rent with in a 2nd floor condo unit in Shelton, CT starting February 1st of this coming year. Unit contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. Rent is e i g h t hundred a month plus half utilities. (Internet is complimentary by me) There is parking available for one additional vehicle besides my own. The unit comes with a full kitchen and electric heating. No washer or dryer, but plenty of laundromats nearby. No pets allowed per condo rules.
